ACEHFOOTBALL.net — South Korean trainer Shin Tae-yong has led the training camp (TC) Indonesia's U-19 national team in Spain after arriving in the matador country on Sunday.
Previously Shin did not participate in the group for Spain which left at the end of last December. He chose to follow because he wanted to lead the Indonesian U-23 national team training camp in Jakarta in preparation for the SEA Games 2021.
The day after his arrival, Shin immediately instructed the players to hold an internal game at Complex Esportiu Futbol Salou, Spanish.
Quoted on the official PSSI website from Jakarta, Tuesday, Shin said that this internal game was held to find out the extent of the player's condition after a week of training, as well as preparation for the trial.
“After more than a week they are here (Spanish) We're delivering internal game material today. With the internal game, I also check the condition of the players, especially when we are facing a trial match,” kata Shin.
Apart from Shin, three players who were declared reactive have also participated in training. But regarding the names of the three players, PSSI chose to keep it a secret.
During the training camp, the Garuda Muda squad did not just train. Bagas Kaffa and his friends will play a number of trial matches.
There are five trial matches that have been prepared for the U-19 Indonesia national team, namely against Gimnastic Tarragona, Lleida Esportiu U-19, Sabadell U-19, Ceuta U-19, and Saudi Arabia U-19.
The U-19 Indonesian national team has a training camp in Spain up to 31 January 2021 to come. This TC is a preparation for Indonesia U-19 to compete in the U-19 AFC Cup in March 2021 of Uzbekistan.
